Questions

Good to Know.

Do you offer garden design?

Yes. Design is where every project begins. We develop a full plan — layout, levels, materials and planting — before any construction starts, so you can see and shape the garden in advance.

What areas do you cover?

We work across Hertfordshire and the surrounding Home Counties. If you're nearby and unsure, please ask — we're happy to confirm whether we can reach you.

Can you manage the entire project?

We can. Most clients want a single team responsible from design through to the finished garden, and that's how we prefer to work. We manage every stage on site.

Do you provide planting plans?

Yes. Planting plans are part of our design work, specifying species, quantities and positions chosen for your soil, light and the look you want through the year.

Can you work with an existing garden?

Absolutely. Many projects reshape a garden that's already there — keeping what works, reworking what doesn't, and adding structure where it's needed.

How does the design process work?

It moves through four stages: discover, design, create and enjoy. We start by understanding your space and how you live, then develop the design before construction begins.

How do I arrange an initial consultation?

Start a project through the contact page or use the website assistant. Tell us a little about your garden and we'll arrange a time to talk it through.
